Seaford 1, Clarke 0: Matt Kind's RBI double scored Jason Berthel for the game's only run in the bottom of the fifth to lead No. 3 Seaford over No. 2 Clarke in the second of a three-game series in the Nassau Class A baseball quarterfinals. Tom Apollo went five full innings with eight strikeouts on four hits and 6 walks. Jordan Cassuto earned the two-inning save with one strikeout while allowing one hit. Seaford (15-7) will visit Clarke (18-4) for game three.
