HIGHLIGHTS
Bellmore JFK 7, Calhoun 2: Derek Yormack struck out five across 5 2/3 no-hit innings and went 2-for-2 with a home run and four RBIs to lead Bellmore JFK (7-2) in Nassau AA-III. Ryan Yormack went 3-for-3 with a home run, two RBIs and two runs scored. It is the second time this season (third in their varsity careers) that the twin brothers hit home runs in the same game. Eli Lowenstein went 3-for-5 with a triple and a run scored. Vito Mannino went 3-for-4 with two doubles. Zack Mezrahi threw 1 1/3 innings of relief and escaped a seventh-inning jam with the tying run on deck.
