Carey 3, Jericho 2: Joe Davide drove in the winning run in the top of the eight with a single that scored John Heyer and Erick Vilchez came on with one out in the bottom of the eighth with two runners on and induced a line drive and got a strikeout to end the game for Carey (2-1) in Conference A-I. Vilchez also made a key defensive play in the fourth inning, throwing out a runner at the plate from right field.
