Righthander Nick Berasti pitched a four-hitter, Giancarlo Rengifo had a triple and an RBI and Dylan Vikara had two RBI as Clarke defeated Wantagh in the deciding Game 3 of the Nassau Class A Championship Series. The Rams are county champions for the eighth time and first since 2019. Clarke (22-5) will face Suffolk champion Kings Park (21-3) for the Long Island title on Saturday at 11 a.m. at Middle Country Athletic Complex. Jack Tate had a double for Wantagh (21-5-1).
