Wantagh 10, Plainedge 8: Paul Fontana had a two-run home run in the bottom of the sixth in No.1 Wantagh's win over No.2 Plainedge in the semifinals of the Nassau Class A playoffs. Fontana went 3-for-4 with five RBIs. AJ Bardi, Tommy Wunderlich, Ryan Conigliaro each had two hits. Wantagh (19-3-1) will face No.1 Clark in the finals 4 p.m Saturday at Farmingdale State.
