Mineola 4, Seaford 3: Jesse Kostulias struck out the final two batters of the game with the bases loaded to lead A-I No. 3 Mineola over A-II No. 2 Seaford in game 3 of the Nassau Class A quarterfinals. Dylan Alt drew a walk, Jordan Cassuto singled with one out and Anthony Janes hit an RBI ground-rule double to trim the deficit to one run for Seaford in the seventh. After an intentional walk, Kostulias struck out the final two batters to earn the save for Mineola. Kostulias and Jayden Sleeper each had two hits and an RBI. This game was a continuation of Thursday's suspended game. Mineola (9-12-2) will face A-II No. 1 Clarke at 12 p.m. Sunday in the semifinals. Seaford finishes 15-8.
