Islip 5, Mt. Sinai 4: Dylan Ruland struck out five and allowed just two earned runs in five innings before Jacob Gordon threw two scoreless innings to close the door and lead Islip (9-12) in Suffolk VI. Dylan Ruland and Lou Poulos both had two-out, two-run doubles early in the game to get the offense going. AJ Giel added onto the offense with a 2-for-3 performance. Ryan Kelly went 1-for-3 to help the offense.
