Andrew Heppner had a game-tying double in the fifth inning and seventh-inning single to drive in the go-ahead run as Holy Trinity defeated Diocese of Buffalo champion St. Francis High 3-2 in the CHSAA State Class AA championship game. Sean Atkinson pitched two scoreless inning in relief of Tyler Cook for the victory. Sean Maddi also had a run-scoring single for the Titans (21-8). Andy Venditti had a two-run single for the Red Raiders (18-12).
