Carson also allowed just four hits in a complete-game victory and logged eight strikeouts for the third-seeded Bulldogs (18-6), who now meet top-seeded Commack in the championship round. In the double-elimination Conference I format, Lindenhurst needs to beat Commack twice - on Tuesday and Wednesday - to reach the Suffolk Class AA championship series; the Cougars need to beat the Bulldogs once.
