Bethpage 3, Division 2: Joe Resta hit the go-ahead RBI single in the sixth Inning to lead No. 8 Bethpage over No. 1 Division in Nassau Class A double elimination pool play. Ziggy Cohen locked down the game with a two-inning save and Kyle Brindisi had nine strikeouts. These two teams will meet again in a winner-take-all game 10 a.m. on Sunday at Bethpage High School with the winner advancing to the best-of-3 Nassau Class A semifinals starting on Tuesday.
