Center Moriches 2, Mattituck 1: Riley Morris, Jack Rupe, and Leyton Pulsipher threw a combined no hitter as No. 2 Center Moriches' defeated No. 3 Mattituck, 2-1, to clinch Suffolk Class B baseball championship. Morris threw five innings and struck out three, Rupe pitched the sixth and struck out one, and Pulsipher pitched the seventh and struck out one to earn the save. Pulsipher's RBI double drove in Lou Iannacchino and Andrew Foster hit a two-out RBI single in the sixth. Center Moriches (12-10) will face the winner of Port Jefferson/Pierson noon Sunday in the Suffolk Conference V Championship Game.
