HIGHLIGHTS
Ryan Degnan pitched a one-hitter, didn't allow an earned run and struck out 14 and Carey scored twice in the bottom of the seventh inning - on a balk and a throwing error - to eke out the Nassau A-II victory. Justin Babiak had the Seahawks first hit with two out in the seventh and scored the tying run. Michael DeMarco scored the game-winner for Carey (12-0-1) Starter Brian Chin didn't allow a hit over 5 1/3 innings and struck out 10 in a no-decision. He also had the lone hit and run scored for the Colts (12-1).
