Great Neck North 8, Great Neck South 6: Zack Israel took the mound in the bottom of the fifth inning to close the game and record his first career varsity win for the Blazers. Great Neck North trailed 5-1 in the top of the fourth and got a leadoff single from Jacob Shakin and a rbi single from Parker Cohen. Later in the inning, Beckett Hakimi's RBI double was followed by a Leo Karpel RBI single to tie the score at 5. The Blazers were able to put together a two-out rally in the top of the fifth to take the lead. A two-out single by Adam Ohebshalom lead to a three-run inning.
