HIGHLIGHTS
Cold Spring Harbor 20, Oyster Bay 10: Rich Casaccio and Kyle Jaspers each hit a three-run home run to lead No. 2 Cold Spring Harbor (17-5) over No. 3 Oyster Bay in the Nassau Class B semifinals. Jaspers went 4-for-5 with eight RBIs and two runs scored. Shane Mitchell added a two-run home run. Alex Brancato was 2-for-2 with three runs scored and two walks. Noah Porcelain went 1-for-3 with three runs scored and two walks. Drew Munn earned the win, pitching two innings of relief, allowing one run on one hit, striking out two and walking two. Matt Yerkes hit a grand slam, while Michael Gatti and Thomas Fletcher each hit a solo home run for Oyster Bay. With the 2-1 series win, Cold Spring Harbor advances to the finals against No. 1 East Rockaway in a best-of-three game series beginning on Wednesday, May 22 at SUNY-Old Westbury.
