West Islip 5, Miller Place 2: Griffin Costello and Mike Felice defeated Wade Tucker and Michael DiPersio at first doubles 6-3, 4-6, 7-5 to lead No. 12 West Islip (8-5) past No. 21 Miller Place in the first round of the Suffolk County Team Tournament. West Islip will visit No. 5 East Hampton/Bridgehampton/Pierson in the second round on May 9.
