Senior Benjamin Bonhurst won the shotput with a throw of 63 ft 5 in. at the Crossover C tournament at Suffolk Community College in Brentwood. "He is now the national leader in the shotput for an American high school athlete so far this year," said coach Peter Schieck. Senior Alexander Ladouceur won the high jump with a jump of 6 ft. 4 in., making him the current leader in the event in Suffolk County.
