Defensive back Kevin Wilson recovered the ball for a touchback and Bellport then ran out the clock to secure its win in Division III. Chavious also had a big game on the offense end, scoring a 53-yard touchdown run in the first quarter and finishing with 11 rushes for 80 yards. Quarterback Justin Honce threw for 162 yards and three touchdowns off of 12-of-21 passing. According to head coach Joe Cipp, Honce is the first Bellport quarterback to throw for three touchdowns in one game since 2000. He also became the school's all-time leader in career passing yards. Alejandro Morales was Honce's favorite target in the game, catching six balls for 100 yards and a touchdown. Nelson Briggs had 15 tackles and Connor Cipp added 10 tackles.
