Highlights: St. John the Baptist 8, St. Anthony's 7: Kyle Collins hit a walk off single over a drawn in outfield to score Patrick Lagravinese in the bottom of the seventh to lead No. 2 St. John the Baptist (19-6) over No. 3 St. Anthony's (13-10) in the deciding game three of a CHSAA semifinal series. Brian McLaughlin had scored the tying run for St. John the Baptist on an error after St. Anthony's had taken a 7-6 lead in the top of the seventh on a sacrifice fly by Daniel Cleary. St. John the Baptist moves on to the best-of-three finals against No. 1 St. Dominic. Game one is Sunday at 3pm at Farmingdale State.

Highlights: Port Jefferson 10, Southold 3: Sophomore James Murphy went 2-for-4 with a triple, one RBI and one run scored, and Erik Esposito went 2-for-3 with three runs scored to lead No. 3 Port Washington over No. 2 Southold in the Class C semifinals. Port Jefferson will face No.1 Pierson/Bridehampton on Saturday at 11 a.m. Neil Alvarez pitched four innings for the save, allowing three runs and three hits, didn't issue a walk and struck out seven.

Highlights: Longwood 6, East Islip 4: Aaron Floyd's two-out, two-run home run capped a three-run seventh and gave No. 11 Longwood (15-9) the 6-4 lead in its upset of No. 1 East Islip (19-4) in a Suffolk AA losers bracket fourth round game. Floyd's home run followed Kenny Johntry's RBI single with one out that scored Chris Weiss to tie it at 4. Longwood will play in the losers bracket semifinal, Saturday, against the winner of No. 4 Commack/No. 8 Connetquot.

Highlights: Miller Place 10, Glenn 0: Kyle McPartland threw a one-hitter with two strikeouts and carried a no-hitter into the top of the seventh until it was broken up by three-year all-league player Billy Riedel as No. 4 Miller Place (16-7) defeated No. 7 Glenn in the losers bracket semifinal. Miller Place advances to play Sayville in the losers bracket final on Saturday at 11am.

Highlights: Bayport-Blue Point 6, Sayville 0: Jack Piekos pitched a complete-game shutout, allowing only one hit and a hit-by-pitch, while striking out 13 and walking two in No. 1 Bayport-Blue Point's (23-0) win over No. 3 Sayville (16-7) in the Suffolk Class A Winners Bracket Final. Matt McKinnon's two-run double in the bottom of the second inning keyed a five-run frame for the Phantoms, who will play for the championship Tuesday. The Golden Flashes host No. 4 Miller Place at 11 a.m. Saturday for the right to face Bayport-Blue Point.

Highlights: Connetquot 10, Commack 1: Justin Scala went 3-for-3 with an RBI and two runs scored, Steven Schmitt went 1-for-2 with two RBIs and a run and Brian McKean went 2-for-5 with two runs to lead No. 8 Connetquot (14-9) over No. 4 Commack (17-7) in a Class AA losers bracket semifinal. Casey Baker (seven innings, seven hits, six strikeouts) extinguished Commack's biggest threat by striking out the final two batters of the first inning after the Cougars had loaded the bases. Conneqtuot moves on to play Longwood on Saturday at 11am.

Highlights: Wheatley 7, Locust Valley 6: Tommy Gillette drove in the tying run on a fielders choice and the go-ahead run scored on an error on the same play to put Wheatley ahead 7-6 in the bottom of the sixth, Billy McLean hit a grand slam in the bottom of the fourth that put Wheatley in front 5-2 and Mike Carney got the last six outs of the game in his first varsity appearance to lead No. 3 Wheatley (16-8) over No. 1 Locust Valley to win the Nassau Class B championship series 2-0. Wheatley moves on to the Long Island championship on Monday, June 3.

Highlights: Ward Melville 4, Half Hollow Hills West 2: Anthony Kay pitched a three-hitter and struck out seven for No. 2 Ward Melville (18-5) in a 4-2 win over ninth-seeded Half Hollow Hills West (18-6) in the winner's bracket final of the Suffolk Class AA playoffs. Joe Flynn had a two-run homer in the win. Ward Melville advances to its first Suffolk County title game, while, Hills West will play the winner of Saturday's Connetquot-Longwood elimination game on Tuesday in the losers bracket final.

Highlights: Mattituck 11, Center Moriches 7: Marcos Perivolaris hit the go-ahead two-run single that sparked a four-run sixth inning and gave No. 3 Mattituck (15-8) a 9-7 lead in its win over No. 2 Center Moriches (13-10) in a Suffolk B semifinal. Perivolaris went 2-for-3 with a walk and four RBIs and Joe Tardif went 4-for-5 with a double and four runs scored. Mattituck will play at No. 1 Southampton, Saturday at 11 a.m. in the Suffolk B final.

Highlights: St. Anthony's Dean Sheridan had three RBIs and Mike Gentile added two hits, including a triple, as No. 3 St. Anthony's defeated No. 2 St. John the Baptist in Game 2 of their NSCHSAA semifinal series. The two teams will meet on Thursday at 4 p.m. at Farmingdale State in the deciding Game 3.

Highlights: St. Dominic 14, Chaminade 5: Mark Flynn set the tone with a grand slam in the first inning as No. 1 St. Dominic (17-6) won Game 2 and swept the best-of-three CHSAA semifinal series against No. 4 Chaminade (14-10) at Farmingdale State. Johnnie LaRossa went 2-for-3 with two walks, four RBIs and three runs scored and Chris Volberg went 2-for-5 with three RBIs. St. Dominic will open the best-of-three CHSAA championship series against the winner of No. 2 St. John the Baptist/No. 3 St. Anthony's, Sunday at 3 p.m. at Farmingdale State.

Highlights: Portledge 5, Bay Ridge Prep 1: Matt Butler, the championship MVP, pitched a complete game, allowing three hits, one unearned run, and had nine strikeouts to lead No.1 Portledge over No. 3 Bay Ridge Prep for the PSAA Championship at MCU Park in Brooklyn. Portledge (13-1) won a league championship for the first time in its nine-year program history, according to coach Frank Battaglia. Zach Kleinwaks went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Winning pitcher: Portledge - Matt Butler

Highlights: Plainedge 9, Seaford 7: Jimmy Mendyk's RBI single scored GianFranco Soriente in the fifth inning to give Plainedge an 8-7 lead. Earlier in the inning, Soriente's RBI double scored Ray Flynn to tie the game at 7. Flynn and Mendyk each went 3-for-4 in the win. Anthony Pensato went 2-for-3 with a solo home in the second inning and a double in the sixth inning. After pitching a complete game in Plainedge's Game 1 win on Monday, Justin Trigo pitched an inning and two-thirds of perfect relief, striking out the last two batters of the game to earn the save. Plainedge (19-8) will play the Clarke/Island Trees series winner in the Class A finals on Monday at SUNY-Farmingdale.

Highlights: Clarke 6, Island Trees 5: Jesse Russo hit a two-run triple in the fifth to break a 1-1 tie as No. 3 Clarke (20-5) beat No. 15 Island Trees (16-10) in Game 2 to sweep a Nassau class A semifinal series. Sean Dunn came in to earn the save, entering the game with two outs in the seventh with a runner on second. Louis Mele hit two home runs for Island Trees, including one that cut the score to 6-5 in the sixth. Clarke will play the winner of No. 9 Seaford/No. 13 Plainedge in the best-of-three championship series, beginning Monday.

Highlights: MacArthur 7, Syosset 5: Sean Carey went 3-for-4 with two home runs and five RBIs to lead No. 1 MacArthur over No. 7 Syosset in the second game of a Class AA semifinals series. With the sweep, MacArthur (20-3) advances to the finals and will play on Monday at Farmingdale State College.

Highlights: Wheatley 9, Locust Valley 8: Dex Iannone hit a sacrifice fly that scored Andrew Hastings from third as the go-ahead run in the top of the eighth to lead No. 3 Wheatley over No. 1 in the first game of the Class B finals. Locust Valley tied the score in the seventh on a sacrifice fly hit by Nick Lollo, which scored Pat Carroll. Billy McLean came on in relief for Wheatley with two outs and the bases loaded in the fifth. He got the third out and pitched three more innings, allowing just one hit. McLean (3-for-4) also hit a two-run single that gave Wheatley an 8-7 lead after the top of the seventh. The second game of the series is Wednesday.

Highlights: Massapequa 9, Carey 6: Brian Flecker went 2-for-4 with three RBIs, one run scored and one stolen base to lead No. 4 Massapequa over No. 3 Carey in the second game of a Class AA semifinals series. After the sweep, Massapequa (18-5) will play MacArthur in the finals on Monday, 7 p.m., at Farmingdale State College.

Highlights: St. Dominic 7, Chaminade 4: Troy Scocca's two-run single highlighted No. 1 St. Dominic's (16-6) five-run, bottom of the sixth inning en route to a 7-4 win over No. 4 Chaminade. Scocca went 1-for-2, with three RBIs and a run. Reliever Danny Rodriguez pitched 2/3 innings to earn the save.

Highlights: Joe Flynn's fifth-inning home run was the lone run of the game and junior Chris Cepeda threw six shutout innings as No. 2 Ward Melville defeated No. 11 Longwood. Senior Anthony Kay pitched a scoreless seventh inning to save the win for the Patriots. Ward Melville will host Half Hollow Hills West on Wednesday at 4 p.m. in the Class AA semifinals.

East Islip plays the loser of Ward Melville/Longwood on Wednesday in an elimination game.
