Highlights: Baldwin Freshman/Sophomore Invitational: Kelly Gerdes of MacArthur broke the meet record in the 800-meter dash with a time of 2:24 at the Baldwin Freshman/Sophomore Invitational, according to MacArthur coach James SanFilippo. The old record was 2:27.2 set in 2006. The team of Gerdes, Jen Race, Kristyn Alonzo and Natalie Sopchak won the 4x400 meter relay in a new meet record of 4:13.5, breaking the old record of 4:14.2 set in 1995.
