Chaminade (4-0 overall, 2-0 in league) led 5-1 after the first period. But St. Anthony’s (2-1 league) rallied as Brian Sherlock scored three straight goals and Sean McDonagh tied it with 6:02 left.

Highlights: Baldwin Freshman/Sophomore Invitational: Kelly Gerdes of MacArthur broke the meet record in the 800-meter dash with a time of 2:24 at the Baldwin Freshman/Sophomore Invitational, according to MacArthur coach James SanFilippo. The old record was 2:27.2 set in 2006. The team of Gerdes, Jen Race, Kristyn Alonzo and Natalie Sopchak won the 4x400 meter relay in a new meet record of 4:13.5, breaking the old record of 4:14.2 set in 1995.

Highlights: MacArthur 15, Division 0: Ashley Massoni allowed three hits and struck out 11 in six innings and was 2-for-5 with a double and four RBIs to lead MacArthur (6-1) in non-league.
