ESM plays the loser of No. 1 Bayport-Blue Point and No. 4 Miller Place on Monday.

Sinai in a Class A loser's bracket matchup. Tyler Piccolo pitched six innings, allowing three runs, and was 2-for-4 with two runs scored. Rocky Point (11-11) will face No. 7 Glenn on Monday at 4:00 p.m.

Highlights: Sayville 9 , Glenn 2: Patrick Jackson's three-run home run in the bottom of the second inning gave (3) Sayville a 5-0 lead in their Class A Winners Bracket semifinal victory over (7) Glenn. Later in the inning, Ryan Welch hit a solo home run to give the Golden Flashes a 6-0 lead. Welch went 4-for-4 with two RBI. Jackson went 2-for-4 with four RBI. Stephen Burghardt pitched a complete game, striking out three. Sayville (16-6) will play (1) Bayport - Blue Point on Wednesday at Bayport - Bluepoint at 4pm.

Sinai in the first round of the Class A playoffs. Kevin Cergol singled in Andrew Bailey to tie the score at 6 in the sixth. Miller Place plays top-seeded Bayport-Blue Point on Friday.

Highlights: Sayville 4, Shoreham Ryan Welch's two-run homer in the bottom of the second gave No. 3 Sayville (15-6) a 2-1 lead in Suffolk Class A first-round game. Matt Hess struck out 10 and scattered six hits in a complete game. Sayville will play the winner of No. 7 Glenn and No. 2 Eastport-South Manor on Friday at 4 p.m.

Highlights: Bayport-Blue Point 2, Rocky Point 0: Junior Jack Piekos tossed his first career no-hitter, allowing two walks with 10 strikeouts, to lead top-seeded Bayport-Blue Point (21-0) over No. 8 Rocky Point in the first round of the Class A playoffs. Ryan Dollop hit an RBI double in the bottom of the fourth to score Piekos and added a two-out, RBI single to bring home Matt McKinnon in the bottom of the sixth. Rocky Point's Frank Moscatiello tossed a complete game, allowing four hits with 12 strikeouts. Bayport hosts the winner of No. 5 Mt. Sinai and No. 4 Miller Place at 4 p.m. on Friday in the double elimination round. "He didn't have his best fastball but he was throwing his breaking ball for strikes all day," said coach Jim Moccio of Piekos. "He worked ahead, threw a lot of first pitch strikes and his pitch count was very low...For him to do this in a game of this magnitude is absolutely huge."

Highlights: No. 7 Glenn 1, No. 2 Eastport-South Manor 0: Billy Ridel hit into a fielder's choice to score Evan Muchnicki with one out in the top of the first and No. 7 Glenn (12-9) would hold on for the win over No. 2 Eastport-South Manor in the first round of the Suffolk Class A Playoffs. James Groark pitched a complete game three-hitter with one walk and six strikeouts. Glenn will face No. 3 Sayville in the second round on Friday at Sayville at 4 p.m.

Highlights: Bayport-Blue Point 4, Shoreham-Wading River 2: Mike Alliegro singled home Ryan Smith to give Bayport-Blue Point a 3-2 lead during a four-run fourth inning in League VII. Smith tied the game with an RBI single, and P.J. Weeks pitched a perfect seventh inning to earn a save. The Phantoms finished 20-0 and completed their first ever undefeated regular season, according coach Jim Moccio."We had a season a few years back when we were 19-1, and the kids wanted to beat that," Moccio said. "It wasn't our goal from the beginning, but this last week once it got close and the kids realized that they could actually do it, they chased it, and now that it's happened it's very exciting... They knew it had never been done before."
