Junior John Guzzo had three saves for his sixth shutout of the year. This is Carle Place's first Class B county title, and its first county title since winning the Class C Championship in 2003. Carle Place will face the winner of Mattituck and Center Moriches in the Long Island Championship on Monday at Mitchell Field at 1:30 p.m.
