Natalia Cavajal scored the tying goal 20:00 into the second half. Island Trees will face No. 4 Plainedge in the quarterfinals on Wednesday at Plainedge.

Wantagh will play the winner of No. 1 South Side/No. 16 Mineola, Wednesday.
