West Islip 33, Smithtown East 27: Matt McKeon broke a tackle and ran down the sideline for a 22-yard touchdown run to give West Islip (2-1) a 33-27 lead over Smithtown East (1-2) with 57 seconds remaining in Division II. Alex Barbera made a 46-yard catch from Sam Illario on a vertical pass route with 1:30 remaining to bring West Islip just inside the 30-yard line and help set up the winning touchdown. McKeon's 5-yard TD run with six minutes left tied the game at 27 with six minutes remaining as West Islip erased a 21-12 fourth quarter deficit. Andrew Federico gave Smithtown East a 27-20 lead in the fourth with a 26-yard TD run. West Islip's Sam Ilario finished with 241 yards and three rushing touchdowns on 17 carries, including a 56-yard TD run in the fourth to pull West Islip within 21-20. John Daniggelis connected with Kevin Schroeder for a 76-yard TD-pass in the first then added a 12-yard TD run to give Smithtown East a 14-0 lead.
