HIGHLIGHTS
Oceanside 37, Uniondale 0: JT D'Angelo took a hand-off on the third play from scrimmage and ran 57 yards off tackle for a touchdown, as Oceanside scored early and never looked back in Nassau I in a game that began Thursday but was suspended due to lightening and resumed Sunday. Leading 17-0 in the opening minutes of the second half, Morgan McCarthy intercepted a tipped pass and returned it 40 yards for a touchdown to make it 24-0 just before the game was suspended. When the game picked up nearly three days later, but just two minutes later on the game clock, Sailors' QB Vincent Guarino completed a play-action pass to Timmy Nolan for a 25-yard TD pass to make it 31-0. Conor Johnson had 10 tackles, including three tackles for a loss. Kyone Murphy had seven tackles, a sack, two tackles for a loss and two forced fumbles.
