Connetquot (16-9) will host No. 9 Half Hollow Hills West (18-6) on Thursday, 4 p.m., in the final. Duane Page hit an RBI single with two outs in the third inning that scored Brian McKean as Connetquot took a 2-0 lead. Justin Scala scored on a fielder's choice in the first inning for Connetquot's first run.
