Hampton Bays 6, Westhampton 5: Tied at 5 with two outs in the bottom of the seventh, Jesse Frost hit a walk-off RBI-single to drive in Ryan Cavanaugh from third and give Hampton Bays (1-0) the comeback win in non-league. Frost's hit capped a three-run bottom-of-the-seventh rally for the Baymen. Josh Karle started the rally with a one-out double to put runners on second and third. Kevin Quintero then scored on an RBI-single by Cavanaugh to pull within one. Ryan Schultheis tied the game with an RBI-ground-out to score Karle. Frost led the way, finishing 2-for-4 with a run and an RBI.
