Clarke 7, Glen Cove 1: Freshman Sarah Cornell pitched a complete game no-hitter with one unearned run, three walks and seven strikeouts to lead Clarke (2-7) in Conference A-I. This is Cornell's first no-hitter of the season and third of her three-year varsity career, according to coach Chrissy DeMott. "Sarah was able to throw a lot of movement and keep the hitters off balance with her off-speed pitches and her defense really helped her out," DeMott said. Amanda Gargiulo and Lexi Zaino both went 2-for-4 with an RBI.
