HIGHLIGHTS
East Meadow 2, Plainview JFK 1: Billy Thomas hit a walk-off double that scored Zach Fritz from first base to lead East Meadow (5-7) in Conference AA-II. Thomas also hit a single to drive in Rob Bergmann to tie the score in the sixth. Matt Sumowski pitched all eight innings, allowing an earned run, five hits and a walk while striking out eight.
