Sachem North vs Lindenhurst

Lindenhurst 14, Sachem North 13 (F/9): Tied at 13 in the bottom of the ninth, junior Kelly Langone hit a walk-off single to drive in Lori Michalowski from second to give Lindenhurst (1-2) the win in League II. Michalowski, a senior, went 3-for-3 with three walks, two home runs and three RBIs. Junior Erin McCarthy went 2-for-4 with a grand slam and five RBIs. Lindenhurst was down 13-11 with two outs in the bottom of the seventh until Alexis DeClerk hit a two-run single to send the game to extra innings.
