Massapequa 2, Clarke 1: Renee Vaiano hit the go-ahead RBI single on a full count with two outs in the bottom of the sixth to score Emily Gaeta for Massapequa (2-0) in a non-conference game. Danielle Gariglio scored on a wild pitch earlier in the inning to tie the score at 1. Vaiano also pitched a complete game, striking out 12 batters and allowing an unearned run on four hits.
