Caroline Piazza gave East Islip a 2-1 lead with 19 minutes left in the second half, but Half Hollow Hills West's Arianna Sabatino tied the game with nine minutes left. Saager scored two goals in the win. Kiersten Conway made 12 saves for the Redmen. East Islip (13-1-2) will face the Commack/Connetquot winner in the second round on Thursday at 2 pm.
