St. Anthony's (19-5) won 5-4 in penalty kicks to win the CHSAA state title. Nicky Galindo scored the winning goal on the fifth and final penalty kick shot. John Oualaalou, Aristeo Aniceto, Justin Ramirez and Dean Muratore each converted penalty kicks. Oualaalou scored early in the second half for St. Anthony's, and Kieran Denhoy evened the score for Regis about 20 minutes later.
