Miller Place 11, Eastport-South Manor 6: Ryan Callahan had three goals and two assists and James Nielsen had two goals and three assists to lead No. 5 Miller Place (12-5) over No. 4 Eastport-South Manor in the first round of the Suffolk Class B Playoffs. Matt Liantonio had 18 saves. This is the first-ever playoff win for Miller Place in the varsity program's four-year history according to coach Keith Lizzi. Miller Place will face No. 1 Comsewogue in the semifinals on Thursday at Comsewogue at 4 p.m.
