Lawrence 42, Sewanhaka 12: Quarterback Joe Capobianco threw for 258 yards and four touchdowns to lead No. 2 Lawrence (8-1) over No. 7 Sewanhaka (4-5) in Nassau III quarterfinals. "It's expected of him," coach Joe Martillotti said. "It's another day at the office for him. He runs the offense." Sam Locassio caught four catches for 117 yards and two touchdowns. On the last play of the first half, Locassio jumped over two defenders to catch the touchdown with zero seconds remaining on the clock, giving Lawrence a 35-6 halftime lead. Jordan Fredericks and Elijah Jones each recorded one touchdown reception. Elijah led the defense with nine tackles. His brother Simon recorded one sack. The Golden Tornadoes will take on No. 5 Glen Cove (5-4) at Hofstra University on Saturday at 10AM.
