North Shore 43, East Rockaway 22: Michael Floccari found Josh Schwartz on a 3rd-and-11 from the East Rockaway 18 yard line with 3:23 left in the fourth quarter to give North Shore a 36-22 lead. The touchdown capped a six play drive. Chris Inzerillo's 12-yard touchdown with 7:51 left in the third quarter gave North Shore 21-14 lead. "We ran the bulk of our plays behind offensive lineman Giorgio Recine and John Haley," coach Dan Agovino said. "They're our work horses. Whether we need one yard or seven yards, those are the guys we're going behind." Inzerillo ran for 138 yards on 12 carries and two touchdowns for North Shore (1-0) in Nassau IV.
