East Meadow 43, Hicksville 0: John Wilson ran for 180 yards and two touchdowns on 22 carries to lead East Meadow (3-3) in Conference I. Nick Conti capped an eight-play, 70-yard drive with an 8-yard score on a toss play in the first quarter. Jed Puk-Silverstein led East Meadow with seven tackles and a sack. Anthony Love, a freshman in his second varsity game, ran for two TDs and 38 yards on six carries.
