Hill West scored with eight seconds left in regulation to take a 38-35 lead, before East Islip's Lara Meehan hit a three-pointer at the buzzer to send the game into overtime. Jackie Carty scored six points in overtime for East Islip, including a pair of free throws with two seconds left to secure the win. Mattera scored East Islip's other seven points in overtime. Carty also had 15 rebounds and Tori Harris scored 24 points for Hills West.
