Ludwig, a senior, scored his 1,000th point in the first quarter off an assist from Daniel Azizi. Ludwig is the fourth player in Great Neck North's boys basketball program's history to reach the milestone and the first since 1984 (Steve Gibson), according to coach Mike Holleran. Gibson is the all-time scoring leader for GNN, Holleran said, with 1,156 points. Ludwig now has 1026 points with 10 games left.
