With seven seconds remaining in regulation, Half Hollow Hills West (2-1) tied it at 51 thanks to two free throws by Terry Harris. Bellport trailed by three with two minutes left when Scott Artis scored a basket in the low post, while being fouled, before making the ensuing free throw for a three-point play to tie the score at 49. On the Clippers' next possession, Artis made two free throws with 30 seconds left to put Bellport ahead 51-49. Artis finished with a game-high 27 points and eight rebounds, while going 5-for-5 from the free throw line in the fourth quarter. Harris led the Colts with a team-high 24 points.
