Connetquot 7, Sachem East 0: Senior Casey Baker pitched a complete game no-hitter with three walks and 10 strikeouts to lead Connetquot (7-4) in League II. This is Baker's first no-hitter of his three-year varsity career, according to 29-year coach Bob Ambrosini. "It's a huge win for us," Ambrosini said. "Casey did a really great job for us stepping up and getting us a win we really needed. He had good control on his fastball and breaking ball and he was ahead of the hitters throughout the day." The win pushes Baker's season record to 2-1. Baker retired nine batters in a row from the second inning through the fourth inning, striking out five during that stretch. Brian McKean went 3-for-4 with a double and three RBIs to lead the offense.
