Dan McEvoy stole second and third and came home when the throw to third went wide with two outs in the top of the seventh to lead Westhampton (1-0) in the first round of the Class A playoffs. Brett Pisaneschi pitched a three-hitter with 10 strikeouts. Islip's Mike Lamneck carried a perfect game into the seventh. Westhampton moves on to play No. 1 Shoreham-Wading River on Friday. Islip moves to the losers' bracket.
