Sachem East 6, Sachem North 5; Dan Hetzel's home run in the top of the sixth with two outs gave Sachem East a 6-4 lead. Sachem North rallied for a run in the bottom of the seventh but left runners at first and third as winning pitcher Anthony Telesca struck out the side. Telesca finished with 10 strikeouts as Sachem East clinched its first league title since 2005.
