Farmingdale 10, Division 8 (F/14): Tied at 8 in the top of the 14th, Dylan Loria laid down a bunt to bring home Anthony Speelman to take the lead and then Dennis Donovan hit an RBI-single to score Paul Cohen from third for the insurance to give Farmingdale (2-0) the non-league win. Mike Catanzaro pitched four innings in relief with one earned run, two hits, no walks and no strikeouts to earn the win. Speelman led the offense, going 3-for-6 with four runs and three stolen bases.
