Bethpage 6, Glen Cove 5: Francisco Almanzar hit a go-ahead, solo home run in the top of the eighth inning to propel Bethpage (10-6) in Conference A-III. Jonathan Chaw tossed a scoreless eighth inning to earn the save. Kevin DeCostro went 3-for-4 with an RBI. Glen Cove's Anthony Martino had an RBI single in the bottom of the seventh to tie the score at 5.
